Eduardo Guardiola

Eduardo is the backbone of the group—someone who listens, brings people together, and makes collaboration flow naturally. A technical agricultural engineer, he has been connected to the primary sector since childhood through both land and sea. More than two decades ago, he ventured into the hospitality industry alongside his brothers, Jaime and Perico.

As a driving force behind projects such as Tribeca, Salmedina, and Zurbarán, he has provided each establishment with structure and stability, overseeing both their creation and day-to-day operations.

Through Astaroth, his fishing fleet, he strengthens a direct and sustainable link between the primary sector and the end customer, promoting values such as effort, commitment, and respect for the product. Eduardo is known for his determination and generosity, and serves as a strategic pillar and unifying force within the group.
