Donaire Restaurant, located at GF Victoria Hotel in Costa Adeje, is a space where the boundaries between sweet and savoury blur, opening a new path in Spanish gastronomy. With a high-level pastry background, chef Jesús Camacho took on the challenge of leading Donaire’s kitchen, bringing his pastry techniques into savoury cuisine. Since joining Donaire, Jesús Camacho and his team have successfully transformed the restaurant’s concept. What was once a fine dining restaurant has evolved into a unique and distinctive destination, endorsed by recognition from Spain’s two leading gastronomic guides: MICHELIN and Repsol. In addition, in 2024, Donaire was awarded the T de Oro by Tapas magazine as the best restaurant in the Canary Islands.
