Journalist, writer, food critic, communication and gastronomic strategies entrepreneur, hotel management consultant and organizer of national and international enoculinary events.
He has worked in newspapers (Diario de Barcelona and El Periódico de Catalunya), magazines (Grupo Zeta), radio (Cadena Catalana and Radio Barcelona) (TVE and Antena 3) and TV.
He is a food critic for the newspaper El Mundo and collaborates with various national and international publications such as 7canibales, Vinos y Restaurantes, Cook Inc., Traveler...
He collaborates with the talent team of grup gsr (San Sebastian Gastronomika, Alimentaria, Tast a La Rambla, Mercat de Mercats...).
He is co-director of Plátano Volador, a company that designs gastronomic and communication strategies for institutions and the private sector. With it he is, among many other Canarian and national events, organizer of the International Food Writers Meeting in Lanzarote (2019 and 2019) and the Congress of Canarian Gastronomic Journalists, also in Lanzarote.
