Adrián Bosch y Eduardo Domínguez

Chefs at San Hô* (Adeje, Tenerife, Spain)

Two chefs who have won the Best Canary Islands Chef award (2012 and 2015 respectively) engaged on the same project.

Adrián Bosch is a chef who trained with Xarma and Martín Berasategui (San Sebastián), returned to Tenerife to win the "2012 Best Canary Islands Chef" award, and was a finalist in the same competition in 2014 and 2016. After a long stint at Villa Cortés as Diego Schattenhofer's right-hand man, he joined at new project at San Hô.

Eduardo Domínguez was "2016 Best Canary Islands Chef", and joined the San Hô project when he met up with Adrián at Villa Cortés.

In 2022 both chefs won their first Michelin star for Canary Island nikkei cuisine, which turned the San Hô menu into an authentic journey around three points on the planet - the Canary Islands, Japan and Peru.
