A musician by profession, he used to play his guitar around restaurants until he decided to swap arpeggios for sautés. He is a totally self-taught chef, with great intuition and an innate ability to turn Canary Island gastronomic traditions into cuisine featuring subtle contemporaneity.
He made Spain's 10 Best in Trip Advisor, which makes it virtually impossible to get a table at his small restaurant.
He holds a Repsol "Sol" distinction.
