Acting on the advice of the famous Tenerife chef Juan Carlos Clemente, this young cook has been successful with a fish-only outlet, which is even more specialised (only) in blue fish, including the great Canary Island red tuna and mackerel and sardines around the island's coasts. The fare is presented in a clean, contemporary format.
