Chef at Zumaque (Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife, Spain)
Originally from Belgium, he grew up in Tenerife. He worked at the Scholteshof, the Baanwinning and the Alain Passard. In 1998 he opened his first restaurant in La Matanza, “El Faisán de Lucas”. He subsequently set up a number of successful restaurants in both northern and southern Tenerife, with eclectic, fun-filled, cosmopolitan, cool overtones.
He has a Repsol "Solete" distinction, and is recommended in the Michelin Guide.
