After 30 years of experience as a hotel and restaurant chef, Juan Carlos Clemente Cubas from the Canary Islands turned to gastronomic consultancy, specifically in the 5-star luxury hotel chain Iberostar Hotels & Resorts in the Canary Islands, where he has decided to focus on gastronomy and local products.
Previously, Clemente accumulated work in the main hotels in the Canary Islands, as well as in some of the best kitchens in the country, such as those of the Michelin-starred El Cingle (Barcelona), Coque (Madrid) or Martín Berasategui (Gipuzkoa).
