Seafood Gastronomic Fair

The conference will begin at midday with a public event on the seafront promenade in Los Cristianos, Playa de las Américas (Arona), where chefs from the island and mainland Spain will be offering seafood dish tastings at affordable prices.

The food fair will feature local chefs, as well as chefs from mainland Spain. One such chef is Miguel Barrera from the Cal Paradís restaurant in Vall d'Alba, Castellón, who will be arriving in Tenerife with his team. Ángel León will also be in attendance, offering tastings at the popular fair as well as running a seafood sausage workshop. They will be joined by local chefs such as Jesús Marrero from El Ancla restaurant in El Médano, Alberto Margallo from San Sebastián 57 in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Pedro Nel from Etéreo in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and Samuel Hernández from Zoco Restaurant in Los Cristianos.
