Rosa's story is similar to that of many other chefs who have mastered the art of cooking with fresh produce through hard work, determination, love and years of experience. Many have done so from their own homes. We are fortunate that Rosa shares her talent at Bar FM, the restaurant she runs with her husband.

Her presentation will feature fried dishes, grilled specialities and signature dishes, and we will learn about the culinary adventure of Rosa and Paco, who take care of the ingredients and the customers from the kitchen and the bar respectively.
