What role does aquaculture play in obtaining food from the sea?
This presentation will discuss the evolution of ingredients in fish feed over the last 20 years, and the implications this has had for nutritional value and sensory characteristics. Finally, it will assess the most appropriate feed management decisions to enhance organoleptic attributes.
